Contract value: $ 1.2 million

Scope: 

• To supply, fabricate, surface treat, erect, clad, ventilation of a new 58m dia 15ML tank roof.

VDE’s responsibility:

• Survey and shop detailing.
• Fabrication of all stainless steel cast in items.
• Fabrication of over 100T of steel work and purlin specials.
• Surface treatment.
• Transport.
• Site erection of concrete pre cast columns.
• Site erection of all steel work.
• Roof cladding and ventilation.
• Supply and installation of all internal FRP items.

*The project was delivered on time, budget and no safety incidents or near misses. This resulted in award for construction of another identical tank in Margaret River.
