Scope: 

• Supply and fabricate 15 navigational aid structures; 150-Ton of structural steel 

VDE’s responsibility:

• Supply of the 150-Ton structural steel
• Fabrication of all structures (Towers, cages, platforms, lighting pedestal and gate)
• Surface treatment of the fabricated steel works
• Develop a Project Management Plan, Quality Plan compiled into comprehensive MDR which covered 100% material and weld traceablity.
• Organize regular client, supplier and 3^rd party meetings as required.
• Local transport of all structures to and from metro based paint yards.
• Final workshop assembly
• Packaging items for shipping to New Zealand
